Berkshire Orienteering (BKO) welcomes you to our BKO NewburySE MapRun event. There are 2 courses available.
Details
Safety: The area is bisected north-south by the A339 dual carriageway. The road should only be crossed by underpasses or light controlled crossings. These are marked as crossings on the map. There are other major roads including A343 Andover Road and these should be crossed with caution.
Parking
Car – Parking 2h for free in Sainsburys or Halfords car park. These may be ANPR controlled with penalties for overstaying.
Catherine street has a mix of metered spaces and free spaces for 2h. (Check carefully).
Cycle – Secure Bike racks on the north side of the station.
Rail – Newbury station is less than 5 minutes walk from the start
