Urban with some trails and paths
Please bear in mind:
Use only public roads, paths & open spaces / Be aware of residents, walkers & cyclists / Maintain social distancing at all times / The course involves crossing busy roads / Under 16s must be accompanied / Take particular care on the unlit rough slippery paths and parkland if you are running in the dark! / You are responsible for your own safety, i.e. you take part at your own risk

Parking is available at Coronation Park (home of Chelmsford Rugby FC and Springfield Cricket Club), Timsons Lane, Chelmsford, CM2 6AF

This is a Line course which means you need to get all 17 controls in order. The fastest time wins.
As the crow flies, the distance is 5.6 km. It is likely you will travel quite a bit further; in an urban environment, the quickest route may be as much as 50% longer.

60 minute score
This is a Score course which means you should get as many controls as you can within 60 minutes.
There are 30 controls in total. You do not need to get them all and you can visit them in any order.
Controls score different numbers of points:- Controls numbered 1 to 10 score 10 points
- Controls numbered 11 to 20 score 20 points
- Controls numbered 21 to 30 score 30 points
